01About
I grew up around industrial operations. My first work in tech was building websites for small businesses; then I managed blogs, websites and online stores; today I build custom software and digitalise how businesses run.
Each step taught me the same thing from a different angle, and shaped a simple way of working: understand the reality first, structure it, build what is needed, operate it in real conditions, and improve it with evidence.
Technology is how I build. Entrepreneurship is what I do.
Abdelmalek Meskik is a Moroccan entrepreneur based in Marrakech. He builds and operates businesses around how things actually work on the ground, bringing a systems and technology mindset to everything he builds. He is the founder of MeskikCode and Nabdino™, and CTO of QR Maroc.

Software that digitalises restaurants, cafés and hotels in Morocco — digital menus, table ordering and an operations ERP. I lead the technology.
03Method
The same five steps apply to a company, a process or a product.
What is actually happening here — the reality and the people in it.
Sit with the people doing the work before opening a laptop.
The underlying structure: processes, data, dependencies, failure points.
Map who does what, with which data, and where it breaks.
Decide what needs to exist, then build it properly.
Build the smallest thing that fixes the real problem — and build it properly.
Run it in real conditions, with real people and real constraints.
Put it into daily use and watch where people struggle.
Improve it based on evidence, not opinion.
Change what the evidence points to, and nothing else.
04Background
01Where it started
Growing up around aggregate-crushing and quarry sites taught me that real systems have constraints, dependencies, failures, inputs, outputs — and people operating them.
02First work in tech
My first work in tech: giving local businesses a proper presence online. It taught me to listen to how an owner describes the business before deciding what to build.
03Operating
Then running them — content, traffic, advertising, online stores and cash-on-delivery operations. A business works only when the offer, the customer, the operation and the numbers connect.
04Now
Now I build the systems themselves: process, data, workflow, software. AI is leverage. Reasoning, decisions and responsibility stay human.
05Thinking
Not a company blog. Whatever I find worth thinking through out loud — in English, French and Arabic.
Every business runs on things that wait for other things. The ones nobody has written down are the ones that stop it.

He founded MeskikCode, the brand under which he offers custom software and business digitalisation, and Nabdino, healthcare software for clinics in Morocco. He is also CTO and technical partner of QR Maroc, HORECA software for restaurants and hotels. Each role describes association, not ownership.
His first question is not what to build, but what is actually happening. He then works in five steps — understand, structure, build, operate, improve — and applies them to companies, processes and software alike, improving each one from real evidence.
