I am a Moroccan entrepreneur based in Marrakech. I build and operate businesses around how things actually work, and I bring a systems and technology mindset to everything I build.
02The story
01Where it started
I grew up around aggregate-crushing and quarry operations. I was never an operator or an employee there, but I saw up close how physical operations run: crushing stages, screening, conveyors, product specifications, production monitoring, maintenance and troubleshooting. It taught me something I apply to every business I touch: real systems have constraints, dependencies, failures, inputs, outputs — and people operating them.
02First work in tech
My first work in tech was giving local businesses a proper presence online. Every owner described the business differently from the way I would have drawn it. I learned to listen first — to how the work is really done and what the customer really asks for — before deciding what to build.
03Operating
Then I ran them myself: content, traffic, Meta and Google advertising, online stores, payments, logistics and cash-on-delivery operations for Moroccan and Gulf markets. The lesson stayed with me: a business works only when the offer, the customer, the operation and the numbers connect.
04Now
Today I build the systems themselves. I approach software the way I approach a business: understand the process, structure the data and the workflows, build it, run it in real conditions and improve it. I use modern tools, including AI, as leverage. Reasoning, decisions and responsibility stay human.
Technology is how I build. Entrepreneurship is what I do.
Anything that rewards structure and strategy — above all mathematics and cars.
03Method
My first question is not “what should I build?” but “what is actually happening here?”. The rest follows in five steps.
What is actually happening here — the reality and the people in it.
Sit with the people doing the work before opening a laptop.
The underlying structure: processes, data, dependencies, failure points.
Map who does what, with which data, and where it breaks.
Decide what needs to exist, then build it properly.
Build the smallest thing that fixes the real problem — and build it properly.
Run it in real conditions, with real people and real constraints.
Put it into daily use and watch where people struggle.
Improve it based on evidence, not opinion.
Change what the evidence points to, and nothing else.
04Ventures
