Who is responsible

This website is published by Abdelmalek Meskik, an individual based in Marrakech, Morocco. He is responsible for the personal data described on this page.

What is collected

Only what you choose to send through the contact form: your name, your email address, your organisation and phone number if you give them, the reason for your message and the message itself.

The hosting provider keeps standard technical server logs (such as IP address, date and requested page) for security and operation.

Why

Your message is used for one purpose: to read it and answer you. It is never sold, shared for marketing or added to a mailing list.

Cookies and trackers

This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies and loads no tracking scripts. Your language choice is remembered in your own browser’s local storage and never leaves your device.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers when a page opens.

If analytics are added in the future, they will only run after you accept them, and this page will be updated first.

How long

Messages are kept only as long as needed to answer and follow up on your request, then deleted.

Your rights

Under Moroccan Law 09-08 on the protection of personal data — and the GDPR where it applies — you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use. Send your request through the contact form, choosing “Something else”. You can also contact the CNDP (cndp.ma).
